 International Shipping

 


Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.


We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

 


 

 

 Multiple Item Orders

 


Because we work with multiple warehouses and suppliers globally, your items may ship in separate packages.

This allows us to deliver your products faster and more efficiently.

 


 

 

 Order Tracking

 


Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email within 3–5 days.


If your tracking number does not work immediately, please allow 48–72 hours for the carrier to update tracking information.

 


 

 

 Lost or Missing Packages

 


We are not responsible for:

 

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

  • Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier

  • Delays due to customs or carrier issues
